By shopping with HI.Co Garden, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Guarantee
We guarantee that all seeds sold are fresh, viable, and sourced from trusted suppliers. However, due to variables beyond our control (climate, soil, care, etc.), we cannot guarantee germination results.

2. Shipping & Handling

We ship within 1–3 business days from the U.S.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and USPS schedules.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs (for international orders).

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened seed packets.

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.

4. Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. We never share your information with third parties, and all transactions are securely processed.
